Sometime in August…we went to Platteville to go to Cora's 2nd birthday party (and see Steve and Tessa's new house on a dairy farm.)
First…of course, we took the ferry over to Cassville…because it is on our summer bucket list…and it really WAS a more direct route to get to Platteville. The kids loved it. (Dirx slept in the car the whole time…so, I guess he thought it was relaxing.)
It was when we got out of the car on the ferry that I noticed Nash's socks and shoes!
At Tessa's house, we went out to see the calves when Steve was doing the chores. The kids loved begin up close and personal with them…and they were oh, so cute!
My next idea…miniature cows for our little farm.
(Because big cows are just too big…)
Above…look at Nashie….holding Cora's hand. Too sweet! We had a great time visiting the farm and celebrating Cora's birthday.
